ORIGIN
Ayala Rannz is a Praxian from the Planet Praxis. She enlisted into her planets Science police force and received genetic enhancements granting her the ability to generate and manipulate light waves. Over the years she quickly rose through the ranks positioning herself as the lieutenant of its Psi-Division but stepped down after years of service and was later recruited into the Galactic Enforcers.

Scatter Shot: Can release light blasts that split into multiple fragments
Light Beam Emission: Can release beams of light
Reflective Attacks: Can release attacks of light that can bounce off any surface
Omnidirectional Light waves: Can send out a wave of light in all directions
Light Aura: Flare-Star has the ability to surround herself in light energy to cause a blinding effect to everyone that sees her

Enhanced Condition: Thanks to her genetic enhancements her body is at peak physical and mental condition which means that she is faster, stronger and smarter than anyone from her own race.
Flight: Flare star has the ability to fly and can perform interstellar space travel on her own

LIMITATIONS
If she uses her light generating powers over an extended period of time she will become exhausted, thus she must pace herself.
Her light attacks are ineffective against mirrored surfaces and may bounce off of them

Ayala is a Science police officer who has received advanced training in hand to hand and energy combat. Thanks to her telepathic abilities she is Omni-lingual and is able to speak and understand any alien language fluently making her an expert in the art of diplomacy
PARAPHERNALIA
She wears a battle suit specifically tailored to her power set and helps protect her when in battle or travelling through deep space. The suit also comes with a protective navigations visor which she uses when in battle or making interstellar space travel
PERSONALITY
Ayala is more of a people person and has this ability to make someone feel good about his or herself. Though she is not very expressive in her behaviour she is a very sophisticated woman who has captivating charm and elegant taste. She has this nurturing personality about herself that draws people to her and will readily help a teammate or someone in need. She believes in diplomacy before violence which unfortunately makes her more of a pacifist but there are times where she may drop those ideals and do what must be done. She is very intelligent and knows how to talk to people of different backgrounds. However she feels uncomfortable taking the role of a leader which explains why she stepped down from being lieutenant of her unit. But when the situation calls for it she will give it her all and lead her team to victory. She dreams of a Unified Galactic Alliance and will fight to make that dream a reality.
