Xorn Nil belongs to a race of highly evolved beings called the Zen-Regulun from the planet Gellix V. His race are able to accelerate their bodily functions beyond their normal speed granting them the ability of super speed, as a result they can move so fast that it would look like everything else is standing still to them.

When the Galactic Enforcers where formed to help keep the peace throughout the Galaxy after the Helgan Holocaust, he decided to join them in the hopes of protecting his planet from the Glorft, a technologically advanced barbaric alien race who solely exist to conquer Worlds. Like all Zen-Reguluns he is already faster than most alien species in the universe and thanks to his hyper developed brain he can understand and comprehend an entire alien culture or their advancement in technology within a matter of minutes. Now an honorary Galactic Enforcer he protects not only his home world, but other worlds torn apart by interstellar war.

Because of the vast distances it takes for G.E operatives to get from one part of the Galaxy to another, he was among a group of alien scientists and engineers who developed advanced hyper drive engines which allows Galactic Enforcers to get in and out of any part of the Galaxy instantaneously. When the need came for an advanced team of Galactic enforcers to be formed under the command of Captain-Gamma, he agreed to be a member of that team and serves as the teams science and tech officer.
